How long does it take to process my order? 

All orders except those labeled (custom orders) are fulfilled within 2 business days. 

How long does it take to ship a custom order? 

We'll be in touch with you every step of the way while completing your custom order but the average timeframe is 1-2 business weeks. 

What shipping carriers do you use to ship?

We ship UPS, USPS and DHL international. All custom orders will have to get picked up at a local UPS Store with proof of identification and an adult signature. All international orders will require customs declarations and VAT collections in accordance to import export laws within your residing country.
